Odessa, TX – A 54-year-old man was killed Wednesday morning in an e-scooter accident in Odessa, according to the Odessa Police.
The deadly accident happened around 7:53 a.m. on October 1 in the 3300 block of Kermit Highway.
Police said Ramon Espinosa, of Odessa, was riding a blue electric scooter eastbound in the outside lane when he was rear-ended by a silver Ford Expedition driven by 32-year-old Sierra Hall, of Andrews.
Espinosa was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other injuries were reported.
The police are investigating the accident.
