Travis County, TX – A person was killed Wednesday morning in a motorcycle accident in northwestern Travis County, according to officials.
The deadly accident happened around 8:26 a.m. on October 1 on RM 620 near Comanche Trail.
Officials said a motorcycle was traveling eastbound when it struck a van that was trying to turn left from the westbound lanes.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity has not been released.
The van driver was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The accident closed all northbound and southbound lanes of RM 620.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
