Houston, TX – A 43-year-old woman was killed and four other people were injured early Friday morning in a multi-vehicle collision in Houston, according to the police.

Police said a Honda Accord was traveling southbound on Solo Street when it ran a stop sign, crossed the feeder road, went airborne, and landed on the freeway. It crashed into other vehicles, causing a chain reaction involving a white Chevrolet van, a white Chevrolet Silverado, a blue Chevrolet Silverado, and a black GMC Sierra.
The Honda driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The male driver and female passenger in the white Chevrolet Silverado were taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
The drivers of the white Chevrolet van and blue Chevrolet were also taken to the hospital for treatment.
The police are investigating the accident.
