Fort Worth, TX – A person was injured early Monday morning in a wrong-way collision in Fort Worth, according to the police.
The collision happened at about 2:15 a.m. on November 10 on Interstate 35W near East Long Avenue.
Police said Jorge Muza, 44, was driving northbound in the southbound lanes of the freeway when he hit two semi-trucks and another vehicle owned by the city of Fort Worth.
Muza’s vehicle stopped under one of the semi-trucks.
Muza was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
The driver of one of the semi-trucks was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The police are investigating the accident.
