The accident happened at about 7:00 a.m. on October 27 in the 5900 block of Kelly Elliott Road.

Arlington, TX – The man who was injured in a pedestrian accident last month in Arlington has died, according to the police.
Carlos Mendez, 57, was pronounced dead on November 7, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The accident happened at about 7:00 a.m. on October 27 in the 5900 block of Kelly Elliott Road.
Police said an SUV was turning on a green light signal when it struck Mendez, who was crossing the street on a crosswalk.
Mendez was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
The SUV driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
The police are investigating the accident.
