Houston, TX – A man was killed Tuesday night in a pedestrian accident in north Houston, according to the deputies.
The deadly accident happened around 10:30 p.m. on November 11 in the 1500 block of Aldine Bender Road west of U.S. 69.
Deputies said the man was in the roadway with a walker-type wheelchair when he was struck by a westbound vehicle.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators. They were uninjured and was not intoxicated.
No additional details were provided.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
