Austin, TX. – A woman died after being struck by a car as she sat at a bus stop in Austin on Wednesday night.
According to the Austin Police Department, the accident happened around 8:32 p.m. on Riverside Drive, between Royal Crest and Burton Drive.
A vehicle reportedly left the roadway and hit the woman who was sitting at a bus stop.
The unidentified woman was transported to the hospital by Austin-Travis County EMS.
Sadly, the woman succumbed to her injuries.
