Bruceville-Eddy, TX. – At least three people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision on Friday morning in Bruceville-Eddy.
According to the TxDOT, the accident happened around 7:45 a.m. on the northbound Interstate 35 near mile marker 317.
A waste management truck reportedly crashed into a semi-truck that had been parked on the shoulder of the road.
The waste management truck continued and hit a Ford Bronco.
The driver of the waste management truck was trapped and had to be extricated before being taken to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
The drivers of the Ford Bronco and the semi-truck were also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
Additional information about the accident was not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
