The fatal collision happened at about 10:30 a.m. on December 1 at the intersection of FM 624 and County Road 305.

Jim Wells County, TX – One person was killed, and two others were injured Monday morning in a three-vehicle collision in Jim Wells County west of Orange Grove, according to the Texas DPS.
The fatal collision happened at about 10:30 a.m. on December 1 at the intersection of FM 624 and County Road 305.
DPS said Patricia Saldana was driving a 2010 Ford Fusion when she ran a stop sign at the intersection and hit a Chevrolet truck driven by Benjamin Ellis. The force of the impact pushed the Chevrolet into a Toyota Venza driven by San Juana Ramirez of Orange Grove.
Ramirez was killed in the accident.
Saldana and Ellis were taken to an Alice hospital for treatment.
The troopers are investigating the accident.
