San Angelo, TX. – A 60-year-old was killed in a Wednesday night pedestrian accident in San Angelo.
According to the San Angelo Police Department, the accident happened around 8:07 p.m. in the 2100 block of North Bryant Boulevard.
A 60-year-old woman was walking in the area and was struck by a car.
The driver stopped the vehicle and stepped out to render emergency assistance to the woman.
The woman was taken to Shannon Medical Center, where she later died.
According to the police, no charges have been filed in connection with the accident.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
