A passenger in the Toyota was taken to the hospital and was later pronounced dead.

Dallas, TX. – One person died, and two others were injured in a car accident on Wednesday afternoon in Dallas.
According tothe Grand Prairie Police Department, the accident happened around 5:40 p.m. on U.S. 287 and Prairie Ridge Boulevard.
A Toyota was traveling northbound on U.S. 287 when it made a left turn onto Prairie Ridge Boulevard and collided with a Ford truck traveling south on Prairie Ridge Boulevard.
A passenger in the Toyota was taken to the hospital and was later pronounced dead.
The drivers of the two vehicles were taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
The names of the victims were not immediately disclosed.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
