The deadly accident was reported around 3:05 a.m. on December 8 at the intersection of Highway 290 westbound and West 34th Street.
Police said a 33-year-old man was riding a motorcycle when he struck a pedestrian who was on the highway.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity has not been released.
The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital in serious but stable condition.
