Dallas, TX. – A 34-year-old man died in a car accident on Friday morning in Dallas.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened on Bush Turnpike at Marshall Drive just before 4 a.m.
A BMW was travelling southbound in the northbound lanes when it struck a Freightliner.
The BMW X1 driver, identified as Joshua Solis-Munoz, was pronounced dead at the scene.
60-year-old Pascal Moore was driving the 18-wheeler and was taken to Medical City Arlington with non-life-threatening injuries.
No one else was reported injured by the authorities.
The drivers were advised to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
