San Antonio, TX – A man died after being involved in a bicycle accident Saturday evening in San Antonio, according to the police.
The accident happened just before 7:00 p.m. on December 13 on Frio City Road near Dorris Street.
Police said Ricardo Sandoval was driving northeast when he struck Cesar Armendariz, 48, who was riding a bicycle in front of him.
Armendariz was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead on Thursday, December 18.
Sandoval was determined to have been intoxicated at the time of the accident and was facing a DWI charge.
The police are investigating the accident.
