Lubbock, TX – One person was seriously injured Monday evening in a three-vehicle collision in Lubbock, according to the police.
The collision was reported around 6:55 p.m. on December 22 on West Loop near Frankford Avenue.
Police said a vehicle was stalled on the shoulder of the loop when a second driver stopped to assist the first driver. Both drivers were then struck by a third vehicle.
One person was taken to UMC with serious injuries.
No additional information was released.
The Lubbock Police Department’s Major Crash Unit is investigating the accident.
