Von Ormy, TX – The woman who was killed Tuesday evening in a motorcycle accident that left a girl critically injured in Von Ormy has been identified as Jeniffer Abrego, 45, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The deadly accident happened around 7:00 p.m. on January 6 in the 14400 block of Interstate 35 southbound on the access road.
Deputies said Abrego and the girl were on a motorcycle when they were involved in a collision with an 18-wheeler.
Abrego was pronounced dead at the scene.
The girl was taken to the hospital with a severe open fracture to her right arm.
The 18-wheeler driver was uninjured in the accident.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
