The driver of the Dodge Ram 2500 was transported to Medical City of Plano with serious injuries
Celeste, TX. – Elaine Fleming, 69, was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Thursday in Celeste.
The fatal crash happened near the intersection of U.S. 69 and County Road 1036, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Fleming was driving a 2014 Toyota Camry southbound on U.S. 69 when she reportedly failed to drive in a single lane and struck a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 pick-up truck that was traveling north on U.S. 69.
Fleming was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Dodge Ram 2500 was transported to Medical City of Plano with serious injuries.
A passenger of the Dodge Ram 2500 was transported to Hunt Regional Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
More information about the crash was not released.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
