Miguel Martinez Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Highway 90 in San Antonio

The deadly accident occurred around 6:00 a.m. on January 26 on US Highway 90 West near Cupples Road.

San Antonio, TX – The man who was killed Monday morning in a pedestrian accident in San Antonio has been identified as 34-year-old Miguel Martinez, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner.

The deadly accident occurred around 6:00 a.m. on January 26 on US Highway 90 West near Cupples Road.

Police said Martinez had pulled into the right shoulder after his truck had experienced mechanical issues. As he was standing outside the truck, he was struck by a passing vehicle.

The driver of the vehicle stopped and called for help.

Martinez was pronounced dead at the scene.

No additional details regarding the accident were available.

The authorities are investigating the accident.
