Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Deputy Hospitalized after Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on Hollow Tree Lane
Houston, Texas (December 30, 2018) – A Harris County Precinct 4 constable deputy was injured Saturday evening in a traffic collision in north Harris County, according to the authorities.
The crash was reported at about 5:00 p.m. December 29, in the 600 block of Hollow Tree Lane.
Authorities said the deputy was in his patrol car when a truck driven by an intoxicated driver struck him.
The impact pinned the deputy inside his patrol car. He was transported to Houston Northwest Medical Center hospital where he was listed in stable condition. He was later released from the hospital at about 10:00 p.m.
No further details were provided.
The authorities are investigating the crash.
