One Injured in Longview Car Crash with Semi on Highway 80
Longview, Texas (July 21, 2018) – One person was injured in a collision between a vehicle and a semi-truck on Friday in Longview, according to the authorities.
The crash occurred on Highway 80 at Lane Wells Drive on Friday, July 20.
The authorities said a man pulled out of the Lane Wells Drive and as he attempted to make a right turn onto Highway 80, his pickup truck was hit by a westbound semi-truck.
The impact of the crash pushed the pickup into a building.
The driver of the pickup was transported to a hospital for treatment of unknown injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
