Pedestrian Fatally Hit by Vehicle on Boston Road in Texarkana
Texarkana, Texas (November 16, 2017) – Police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian on New Boston Road in Texarkana Wednesday night.
According to the Texas Police Department, the accident happened at about 8:15 p.m. Wednesday, November 15 in the 1800 block of New Boston Road, next to the Lakeway Country Store.
The pedestrian suffered major injuries and was transported by LifeNet to a local hospital, where the victim was pronounced dead.
Details on the identity of the pedestrian were not available.
The driver of the vehicle that struck the victim was at the scene when police arrived.
