9 Pasadena ISD Students among 11 Injured in Houston Bus Crash on Beltway 8 South
Houston, Texas (June 1, 2018) – Several students were injured when multiple Pasadena ISD School buses heading to graduation were involved in a crash on Thursday in Houston.
According to the authorities, the wreck happened on Beltway 8 South near Blackhawk on Thursday, May 31.
According to the Pasadena ISD, six buses were carrying students from Pasadena Memorial High School to NRG Stadium for graduation when a chain-reaction crash occurred.
Four buses were involved in the collision.
Eleven students and two adults were taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The uninjured students were moved to other buses and preceded to the stadium.
The cause of the wreck is under investigation.
