Two Injured in San Angelo Four-Vehicle Crash on Chadbourne Street near East 10th Street
San Angelo, Texas – Two people were injured Sunday afternoon in a four-vehicle crash in San Angelo, according to the police.
The crash happened around 1:00 p.m., January 28, on North Chadbourne Street near East 10th Street.
Police said a blue-colored Acura was traveling southbound when it struck the side of a telephone pole before colliding with a parked vehicle. The Acura then reversed and attempted to move forward.
A mechanical failure in the vehicle hindered its ability to turn, according to the authorities.
The Acura subsequently crashed into a white Ford Ranger and a red Chevy Equinox which were traveling northbound.
Two drivers were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
The Acura driver was cited for failure to control speed.
The crash remains under investigation.
