San Antonio, Texas (January 15, 2018) – Four people were injured, one of them critically, when a vehicle slammed into a car stalled along the road on the Southeast Side Sunday evening.
According to San Antonio Police Department, the accident took place at around 7:30 p.m. Sunday, January 15, on Interstate 37 South near Donop Road.
Police said a car became disabled on I-37 S and as the occupants were out working on it, a car driven by a young woman slammed into their vehicle, causing it to roll over.
Four occupants of the stalled car were injured in the crash and were transported to University Hospital.
One of the four victims, a 17-year-old woman, sustained life-threatening injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
