44-Year-Old Man Dies in Pedestrian Crash on Cooper Street in Arlington

Arlington, Texas – The 44-year-old man who was injured last month in a pedestrian accident in Arlington has died, according to the police.

The accident happened around 5:30 a.m., March 26, in the 1400 block of N. Cooper Street.

Police said the man stepped into the roadway in front of a northbound Toyota Sequoia and was hit.

The man was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead this week. His name has not been released.

The driver of the Sequoia remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

The police are investigating the crash.
