Aliyah Walker Killed in NE El Paso Two-Vehicle Crash at Gateway North and Edge of Texas
El Paso, Texas – The New Mexico woman who was injured on December 22 in a two-vehicle crash that left four other people injured in northeast El Paso has died, according to the police.
Aliyah Chaya Walker, 20, was pronounced dead on Tuesday.
The crash happened at the intersection of Gateway North and Edge of Texas.
Police said Walker was driving a 2007 Hyundai Elantra when she ran a stop sign and T-boned a 2016 GMC Yukon which had six passengers who were also from New Mexico.
Walker was taken to the hospital with serious injuries where she died on Tuesday, January 9.
Four of the six passengers in the Yukon also sustained injuries in the crash. Four of the passengers were underage.
The police are investigating the crash.
