Arturo Renovator ID’d as Man Killed in Alma Crash on Interstate 45
Alma, Texas (February 16, 2019) – Authorities have identified the man who was killed Tuesday morning in a traffic collision in Alma as Arturo Renovator, 44.
The fatal accident happened at about 6:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 12 on Interstate 45.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Renovator was driving a pickup northbound on the interstate when for an unknown reason he rear-ended a tractor-trailer.
The force of the impact caused both vehicles to burst into flames.
Renovator was declared dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
