1 Killed, 1 Injured in South Houston Car Accident on Spencer Highway between 9th Street and 10th Street
South Houston, Texas (August 2, 2018) – A woman was killed in a head-on collision in South Houston Thursday morning, according to a local news source.
The deadly accident occurred on Spencer Highway between 9th and 10th streets.
Police said the woman was riding in a vehicle when for an unknown reason her vehicle crossed into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with a Mustang.
The woman was killed in the accident. Her name has not been released pending identification and notification of next of kin.
The condition of the driver of the Mustang was not immediately disclosed.
The crash remains under investigation.
