James Jolly Killed in Three-vehicle Accident on FM 60 in Brazos County
Brazos County, TX – A motorcyclist was killed in a three-vehicle traffic collision on FM 60 on the west side of Brazos County, according to the Texas DPS.
The deadly accident happened at about 8:20 p.m. on FM 60 near Vincent Road.
According to the DPS, James Jolly, 69, of Somerville, was riding a motorcycle westbound on Farm to Market Road 60 when a 2012 Toyota Corolla, also traveling westbound on FM 60 made a U-turn near Vincent Road.
Rider James Jolly Dies in Collision with 2 Other Vehicles on FM 60
The motorcycle struck the Corolla and Jolly was ejected. Jolly was then struck by an eastbound pickup truck.
Jolly was pronounced deceased at the scene. The other two drivers were not injured.
The incident remains under investigation.
