John Graziano Killed in Jet Crash at Texas Air Force Base in Del Rio

Captain John Graziano ID’d as Pilot Killed in Del Rio Jet Crash at Laughlin Air Force Base
Del Rio, Texas (November 15, 2018) – The pilot who was killed when a jet crashed at Texas Air Force Base Tuesday night in Del Rio has been identified by authorities as Captain John F. Graziano, 28 of Elkridge, Maryland.
The fatal crash happened at around 7:40 p.m. Tuesday, November 13 at Laughlin Air Force Base.
Authorities said the T-38C Talon crashed on the base for reasons which have yet to be determined.
Graziano was killed in the crash and his co-pilot, identified as Capt. Mark S. Palyok, was taken to Val Verde Regional Medical Center with unspecified injuries and was released Wednesday.
According to reports, Graziano was an instructor pilot with the 87th Flying Training Squadron at Laughlin AFB. He is survived by his mother, father, sisters, and brother.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the accident.
