Lemonterrion Wright Killed in Dallas Auto-Pedestrian Accident near Westmoreland Road and Gannon Lane

Dallas, Texas (October 13, 2019) – A 10-year-old boy was killed Friday night in a pedestrian accident in the Red Bird area of Dallas, a local news source reported.

The accident took place on Friday, October 11, near the intersection of Westmoreland Road and Gannon Lane.

Police said Lemonterrion Wright ran into the street and was hit by at least two vehicles near the intersection.

Wright was taken to Children’s Medical Center where he later died. He was a student at Elisha Pease Elementary in Oak Cliff.

Two drivers remained at the scene.

An investigation is underway.
