Luis Rosales ID’d as Man Killed in Shallowater Pedestrian Accident on Clovis Road and FM 179
Shallowater, Texas (April 23, 2019) – The man who was killed in a pedestrian accident Sunday night in Shallowater has been identified as 27-year-old Luis Rosales, according to the authorities.
The deadly accident happened at about 9:00 p.m. April 21, on Clovis Road and FM 179.
DPS said Rosales was walking in the traffic lane when he was hit by a car. He was rushed to University Medical Center where he later died.
An investigation is underway.
