Man Dies in San Antonio Motorcycle Crash at Whitewood Street and Southwest Military Drive

San Antonio, Texas (August 3, 2019) – A man was killed in a motorcycle collision on Friday night on San Antonio’s Southwest Side, according to police.
The crash happened at Whitewood Street and Southwest Military Drive on Friday, August 2.
Police said the truck traveling down Southwest Military Drive was attempting to make a turn on a yellow arrow when it collided with an oncoming motorcyclist.
The rider, identified as a man in his 30s, was killed in the crash.
Police said the driver of the truck showed signs of intoxication and was taken into custody.
The crash is under investigation.
