One Injured in Houston Pedestrian Crash on Interstate 10 Service Road at Federal Road
Houston, Texas (August 10, 2018) – A man in a wheelchair was injured after he was struck by a big rig Thursday afternoon in the eastbound side of Houston, according to a local news release.
The accident happened August 9, on the Interstate 10 feeder at Federal Road.
As per the article, the driver of the big rig was turning at Federal Road off the interstate when they struck the man.
Police said the man was taken to a trauma center at a Memorial Hermann hospital with unspecified injuries.
The crash closed all lanes f the road.
The truck driver from Gulf Winds International remained at the scene.
An investigation is ongoing.
