Mozelle McDonald ID’d as Woman Killed in Temple Crash on State Highway 36
Temple, Texas (July 11, 2018) – The woman who was killed Monday evening in a two-vehicle collision in Temple has been identified as Mozelle McDonald, 93, of Temple, authorities said.
The fatal crash occurred just after 6:30 p.m. Monday, July 9 on State Highway 36 about a half mile west of Temple.
According to the authorities, McDonald was pulling onto the highway from the parking lot of a Dollar General store when his Saturn Ion was hit by an eastbound Ford Fusion.
McDonald was transported to Scott & White Medical Center where she later succumbed to her injuries.
The Ford driver was also taken to Scott & White Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
