The accident happened August 4, on US-54 North at the intersection with Railroad.
Officials said the crash involved a motorcycle and a car.
The driver sustained serious injuries and was taken to a hospital.
US-54 North was closed at Cassidy Overpass to Railroad as authorities investigated the crash.
An investigation is underway.
