Woman Killed, Another Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on N. Brazos near W. Martin
San Antonio, Texas (August 2, 2018) – A woman was killed, and another critically injured Wednesday night after they were struck by a hit-and-run driver in San Antonio, according to the authorities.
The fatal accident occurred at about 9:45 p.m. August 1, on N. Brazos near W. Martin.
Police said two women were crossing N. Brazos when a speeding car struck them. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene.
One woman was pronounced dead at the scene while the other one was rushed to a hospital in critical condition.
A potential suspect was detained.
Police believed alcohol might have played a role in the crash.
Police are investigating the crash.
