Woman Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident at Bus Stop near Buckner and Peavy Roads
Dallas, Texas (August 6, 2018) – A woman was killed Sunday afternoon after she was hit by a vehicle at a bus stop in east Dallas, authorities said.
The deadly accident occurred at about 2:30 p.m. August 5, near the intersection of Buckner and Peavy Roads.
Reportedly the woman was waiting at a bus stop near the intersection when a car struck her.
She was declared dead at the scene.
The identity of the victim was not immediately disclosed.
The car driver was taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
Police are investigating the crash.
