Samantha Spears Killed in Austin Motorcycle Crash Sunday Night

Austin, TX – The Austin Police Department (APD) has identified the motorcyclist who died Sunday night after colliding with a vehicle at W Parmer Lane and McNeil Drive as 20-year-old Samantha Spears.

Austin, TX – One person is dead following a two-vehicle traffic collision at an intersection in Austin Sunday night, according to a social media post by Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services (ATCEMS).
The deadly crash happened at about 9:59 p.m. at the intersection of W Parmer Lan and McNeil Drive.
According to ATCEMS, a vehicle and a motorcycle were involved in the crash.

ATCEMS medics pronounced one adult person dead at the crash scene. The victim’s identity was not immediately released. No one else was injured in the accident.
An investigation to determine the cause of the crash is underway.
