Austin, TX – Two people were injured after two motorcycles collided on Interstate Highway 35 in Austin early Friday morning, according to Austin-Travis County EMS.

The accident happened at about 1:23 a.m. on August 9 in the 5400 block of IH-35 northbound.

According to a social media post by ATCEMS, two motorcycles collided near the address mentioned above.

Two Adults Hospitalized in Austin Motorcycle Accident Early Friday

Two adults were transported to David’s South Hospital for treatment. One patient had serious injuries while the second had potentially serious injuries.

No additional details regarding the accident were provided.
