5 People Killed, 1 Seriously Hurt in Fiery Vehicle Accident in Fort Worth
Fort Worth, TX – Two adults who died alongside three children in a fiery traffic accident caused by a DWI driver in Fort Worth have been identified by family members.
According to a report, Willie Gunn and his girlfriend Amber Hopewell were killed in the accident. Hopewell was the mother of the three kids, ages 2, 4, and 9, who were also killed in the collision.
Authorities say the victims were killed when Eduardo Gonzalez, 19, rear-ended their sedan on Interstate 35W near Seminary Drive exit.
Gonzalez sustained serious injuries in the accident and was taken to the hospital before being arrested. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and five counts of intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle.

Fort Worth, TX – Five people, among them 3 children, are dead following a fiery traffic collision in Fort Worth early Monday morning, according to the Fort Worth Police Department.
The fatal incident happened at about 12:30 a.m. on Interstate 35W near Seminary Drive exit.
According to Fort Worth police, the driver of a black Camaro was traveling northbound on Interstate 35W at a high rate of speed when they rear-ended a sedan near the Seminary Drive exit.

The impact caused the sedan to burst into flames and five people inside the vehicle – 2 adults and 3 children – were killed.
The names of the victims have been withheld pending notification to the family.
The driver of the Camaro sustained serious injuries in the incident and was hospitalized. The driver was later arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
No additional details regarding the incident were provided.
