Houston, Texas (July 26, 2017) – A woman was hit and killed in what was likely a hit-and-run on the Eastex Freeway feeder road in Houston.
The incident took place at about 5 a.m. Monday, July 24.
Reports by police indicate that the woman was struck and dragged by an unidentified vehicle hundreds of yards and died on the spot.
The police are on the lookout for the owner for the hit-and-run driver.
The deceased woman is yet to be identified.
The Harris County investigators are seeking information on the incident to determine the cause.
