Zachary Wynn Hospitalized after Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 31 in Corsicana

Zachary Wynn Injured in Corsicana Crash on Highway 31 near SECR 0070
Corsicana, Texas (December 20, 2018) – A man was hospitalized Tuesday morning following a traffic accident involving two vehicles in front of Pactiv, according to a local news source.
The crash occurred at about 7:40 a.m. Tuesday, December 18 in the 100 block of SECR 0070 near Highway 31.
According to the Texas Department of Transportation, a 1999 white Pontiac Firebird driven by Zachary Christian Wynn, 19, was heading northbound SECR 0070 when for an unknown reason it drifted onto East State Highway 31 and was hit by a 2018 Kenworth semi-truck hauling trailer.
Wynn was taken by ground ambulance to Navarro Regional Hospital with a complained of neck, shoulder and stomach pain.
The driver of the semi-truck, Richard Joseph Ramsey, 51, was not injured.
Both vehicles were severely damaged in the accident.
Wynn was cited for speeding and losing control of his car. The crash remains under investigation.
