Alexis Pérez Killed in Austin Motorcycle Crash on South Congress Avenue near Academy Drive

Austin, Texas (November 12, 2021) – The man who was killed last week Friday in a motorcycle crash in Austin has been identified as Alexis Pérez, 24, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 7:32 p.m., November 5, in the 1100 block of South Congress Avenue, just north of Academy Drive.

Police said Alexis Pérez, 24, was riding a motorcycle northbound when a blue Kia turned left and collided with the motorcycle.

Pérez was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Kia driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
