Allie Estelle Killed in Round Rock Pedestrian Accident on Harrell Parkway near East Old Settlers Boulevard

Round Rock, Texas (October 3, 2019) – A 2-year-old was hit and killed by a vehicle Sunday afternoon in Round Rock near the soccer fields at Old Settlers Park, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 1:30 p.m. September 29, at 2068 Harrell Parkway off of East Old Settlers Boulevard.

According to Allie Estelle’s parents, Estelle was running towards one of her brothers who were in the soccer fields when she was hit by a car.

An off-duty firefighter and Austin police officer helped before first-responders arrived.

Estelle was declared dead at the scene.

The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.

The Round Rock police are investigating the crash.
