Alysha Renee Alvarez Killed in Alamo Two-Vehicle Crash at Earling Road and Alamo Road

Alamo, Texas (December 23, 2019) – A woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash Sunday morning in Alamo, according to the authorities.

The crash occurred around 6:00 a.m. December 22, at the intersection of Earling Road and Alamo Road.

Authorities said a red Ford pickup truck was heading southbound on Alamo Road while a silver Cadillac passenger car was heading eastbound on Earling Road.

The Cadillac was making a left turn onto Alamo Road heading northbound, and the two vehicles collided at the intersection.

Alysha Renee Alvarez, 20, of San Juan, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Ford driver was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The DPS troopers are investigating the crash.
