Arcely Montemayor Injured in Motorcycle Accident on FM 51 in Wise County
Arcely Montemayor ID’d as Motorcyclist Injured in Wise County Crash on Farm Road 51 and Farm Road 455
Wise County, Texas (October 27, 2022) – A motorcyclist was injured Wednesday morning in a traffic crash in Wise County, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
The collision happened at about 5:45 a.m. Wednesday, October 26 on Farm Road 51 and Farm Road 455.
DPS said Montemayor was riding a Harley Davidson motorcycle south on FM 51 when he collided with a northbound 2014 Chevrolet Sonic that was attempting to make a left turn.
The Chevrolet’s driver, Emily Garling, 20, of Allen, failed to yield the right-of-way to Montemayor’s motorcycle. The motorcycle ultimately struck the passenger side of the Chevrolet.
Montemayor was taken to Medical City Denton in unknown condition.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
