At Least One Killed in Smith County Crash on Toll 49 near FM 724

Smith County, Texas (May 25, 2022) – At least one person was killed Wednesday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Smith County, according to a press release by the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The deadly crash took place on Toll 49, just north of FM 724.

As per the release, two vehicles collided under unclear circumstances.

At least one person died in the crash.
