Bernadette Esquivel Dies Two Weeks after Car Crash on Tetons at Diana in El Paso

44-Year-Old Bernadette Esquivel Killed in El Paso Two-Vehicle Crash on Tetons at Diana

El Paso, Texas (February 15, 2020) – The woman who was injured last month in a two-vehicle crash in El Paso has died, according to the authorities.

The Medical Examiners’ Office said 44-year old Bernadette Esquivel succumbed to her injuries on Thursday.

The crash happened on January 27, in the area of Tetons and Diana.

Police said an SUV ran a stop sign at the intersection and collided with a van.

Esquivel, who was a passenger in the SUV, was taken to the hospital where she died on Thursday, February 13.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
