One Injured in Houston Bicycle Accident at Main Street and Lamar
Houston, Texas (February 18, 2020) – A bicyclist was hit by a car Monday evening in downtown Houston, according to the police.
The accident took place around 6:00 p.m. on February 17, on the corner of Main Street and Lamar.
Police said an employee of a local Jaguar/Land Rover dealership and was test driving a customer’s car that had just been serviced when they ran a red light, hit a METRO light rail, and then hit the bicyclist.
The condition of the bicyclist was not immediately released.
An investigation is underway.
